The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie 2 Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services into the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering companies like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency mentioned it can be alarmed with regard to the substantial range of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a large amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That click here is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office focused on service the area daily. The service stage developed for intervention encounters a higher inflow of possible beneficiaries, which makes it difficult for the office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more methods to help the servicing of all customers and improve entry to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
